The digital products I sell are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once you’ve paid, your order is immediate and the downloadable file is automatically emailed straight to you. This means the order can’t be cancelled.
If the email containing your download doesn’t arrive, check your junk/spam folder. Sometimes they’re squirrelled away in there.
If you have difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact me with your order number. I’ll look into it for you and issue a new email containing your download.
